Who this is
brentgann.io is the personal site of Brent Gann. Independent work described here is offered through Coffee & Charisma LLC, a Florida company, under a separate written agreement for each engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote.
Using what is here
The writing, images, and design work on this site are mine unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution. Please ask before reproducing work entries, images, or the résumé in full. Client and employer marks appear to describe past work and remain the property of their owners.
Open-source projects linked from here carry their own licences in their repositories; those licences govern the code, not these terms.
Accuracy
I try to keep the résumé, the work entries, and the numbers in them accurate, and I publish failure rates where they exist. Still, this site is provided as is, without warranty. Dates, metrics, and descriptions may lag reality between updates.
Third parties
Calendly, Substack, GitHub, and any linked client or partner site have their own terms, which apply once you are there.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
