Product work, and the systems behind it.

Product Leader

I build integrations, ecosystems, and lately the AI tooling I use to do the rest of the job. I teach ethics in technology to about a thousand students a year, and I run a disc golf non-profit that turned out to be the best product management training I have had.

What I have built

Tools I actually use, built in the open and published with their failure rates attached, plus the brand and event work that keeps a volunteer organization running.

Design, brand, and event work

Mostly for the disc golf non-profit, where nobody else was going to make it.

Education · Florida State University

CIS3250: Ethics and Computer Science

Rebuilt FSU's computer science ethics course from the ground up in 2020, with a new textbook, and have run it for about a thousand students a year across four campuses since. SACS- and ABET-accredited.

COP3353: Introduction to UNIX

FSU's one-credit introduction to the shell, taught since 2025 on the existing course framework, with a textbook I wrote for it because the optional ones predate most students.

Partnerships · Daxko

Daxko Partnerships Through COVID

Ran strategic, referral, revenue, and ISV partnerships for a five-product-line company through the pandemic: 6x partnership revenue in two years, a first-of-its-kind Netchex deal, and the DaxkoExchange marketplace launch.

Where I am useful

Five things, in roughly the order they show up in a piece of work.

1
Product Strategy
From requirements gathering through delivery and into post-market surveillance and support.
2
Integrations & Ecosystems
Public APIs, marketplaces, and technology partnerships that carry revenue rather than logos.
3
AI Tooling
Claude plugins, skill systems, and eval harnesses. Built, measured, and published with the failures intact.
4
Design Systems
Tokens, components, and accessibility posture that survive contact with more than one deliverable.
5
Teaching
Course design and assessment scaffolded to real learning objectives, at a scale of about 1,000 students a year.

Senior Product Manager

PlanHub

Preconstruction platform connecting general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Developed the first connectivity strategy with the partner team; built Claude skills and a shared personal OS for the product org; consolidated reporting data across tools and built an AI-first knowledge base and a cross-system roadmap tool for spec-driven development.

2020 — Present · Current

Professor

Florida State University

Developed an entirely new CIS3250, Ethics and Computer Science, in 2020 and lead its instruction and assessment for about 1,000 students a year across the Panama City, Panama City (Panama), Tallahassee, and, from fall 2026, Valencia campuses. Added COP3353, Introduction to UNIX, in 2025 and wrote its textbook. Both courses are SACS- and ABET-accredited.

2025 — 2026

Principal Product Manager

Enable

Led discovery and design for the modernization of the rebate management platform into an AI-first, API-enabled platform: new data object models and APIs for future integrations, a revised growth vision, an updated connectivity strategy, and onboarding the Flintfox acquisition so pricing runs inside the rebate workflow.

2023 — 2025

Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Splash (acquired by Cvent, 2024)

Scoped the managed Salesforce package that replaced a fragmented set of failing connectors; delivered meeting booking on event pages with Chili Piper and developed that partnership from the product side; rebuilt the HubSpot integration on current endpoints; led platform initiatives that at least doubled reliability and scalability; wrote the first connectivity strategy.

2021 — 2023

Senior Product Manager, Ecosystems

Crossbeam

Owned the integration surface and public API. Led the Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics integrations and delivered the first Marketo, Outreach, ActiveCampaign, Impartner, LeanData, PartnerPortal.io, and Clari integrations; led the Partnered integration that became Crossbeam for Sales; expanded the connectivity strategy.

2020 — 2021

Senior Partner Manager

Daxko

Led strategic, referral, revenue, and ISV partnerships across five product lines through COVID. Negotiated the first-of-its-kind Netchex agreement, launched the DaxkoExchange marketplace, coordinated the first wave of virtual partners, revived Conversica, landed Silverware, and ran API discovery for partner engineering. Partnership revenue grew 6x in two years, with over $6 million sourced and attributed in the company’s highest partnership year.
