Corp-OS

Twenty-three skills operating on a folder of markdown on your own disk. No database, no server, no account. Built across a long series of releases with an eval suite that kept finding things reading never would, including one release where the tests found a missing review gate that had been absent since the first version.

The interesting part is not the OS. It is what measuring it taught me about the difference between writing an instruction and enforcing one.
