PDGA #102078

I chased a rating for a couple of years. I knew what I needed to shoot to move it, and if the first five holes went badly the rest of the round was paperwork. Then I tore an ACL and spent a long time off the course. I came back without the distance, the form, or the number I’d been protecting, and it turned out I still liked playing.

I still play sanctioned events, still keep score, still want to win. If I throw one shot I’ll remember and spend four hours outside with people I like, that’s a good round.

The club side of it, the website, the Monster Mash, the jerseys, and the course I routed for Bay Memorial Park, is under work.
