Coffee & Charisma

The umbrella for my independent work, and its 2026 site. A new bean-and-sparkle identity, four sized engagements, and a contact form that runs on a Cloudflare Worker.

Coffee & Charisma

Independent work piles up: a caretaking app for one family, a logo for a roofing contractor, a fractional product role for a team between hires. Coffee & Charisma is the single entity that holds it, so a client gets one point of contact and one invoice whether the job is a roadmap or a website.

The 2026 site is the second one. The first was a placeholder that said what the consultancy was in one screen. This one says how an engagement works: four services, each with the shape of the job on the card (four to eight weeks, a day or two a week, scoped per project), then the three steps from first call to kickoff, then a plain list of what’s a good fit and what isn’t. It’s the same content as the consulting page here, so a buyer gets the same answer from either door.

It runs on Astro and deploys to a Cloudflare Worker. The contact form posts to that same Worker, which sends the email through Cloudflare’s Email Sending binding, so no third-party form service is holding messages from prospective clients and there’s no monthly fee. Warm cream, coffee brown, and coral, set in Outfit over Inter. A different world from this site on purpose.

The identity was redrawn for the launch. The first mark was a C and C with a cup between them. The new one puts a script C&C on a coffee bean with a sparkle at its shoulder. The ampersand in the crease is the only piece that carried over.
