Merch is how we pay for baskets, tee pads, and tournament payouts. The store had to sell a jersey design in every size without holding inventory, take pre-orders for limited runs, and let a lost disc be returned for a small fee through the Squid Squad program.
It runs on Square Online, not a custom build. The club has no engineer on staff, so anything I built would become the thing nobody could maintain the year I stepped back. Square gives the board inventory, payouts, and tax reporting for free, and any officer can list a new run in an afternoon.
I designed everything on it. The Show Up, Show Out series, the Supporter Series, the Miami Vice and Squid Squad jerseys, and the Tallahassee Open tournament kit all started as Illustrator and Photoshop files before they became listings.
