Bay County Disc Golf Store
The 501(c)(3)'s online storefront: jerseys, supporter series, and the Squid Squad disc-return program, run on Square so volunteers never touch a checkout.
Merch is how a volunteer disc golf club pays for baskets, tee pads, and tournament payouts. The store had to do three things: sell a jersey design in every size without holding inventory, take pre-orders for limited runs, and let a lost disc be returned for a small fee through the Squid Squad program.
It runs on Square Online rather than a custom build. That was a deliberate product call: the club has no engineer on staff, so anything I built would become the thing nobody could maintain the year I stepped back. Square gives the board inventory, payouts, and tax reporting for free, and the storefront stays simple enough that any officer can list a new run in an afternoon.
I designed everything on it. The Show Up, Show Out series, the Supporter Series, the Miami Vice and Squid Squad jerseys, and the Tallahassee Open tournament kit all started as Illustrator and Photoshop files before they became product listings.
