Event Signage

Sponsor signs, tee signs, banners, and thank-you boards for the club's events: one template system so a new sponsor's sign is a fifteen-minute job.

Event Signage

Every event the club runs needs signs: a sponsor sign on each hole, arrows on the layouts where the walk to the next tee is not obvious, a banner for the photo spot, and a thank-you board at the end. Early on each of these was a one-off. By 2023 they were a system.

The sponsor sign is the workhorse. It is a single 18 by 24 template with a “Proudly supporting this event” header and a slot that takes either a business mark or a player photo. Businesses send whatever logo they have, which often means a JPEG off a website, so part of the job is redrawing or cleaning the mark so it prints well on coroplast. Players who buy a personal tee sign get their name set as a signature over a photo of them on the course. Once the template existed, adding a sponsor became a fifteen-minute job, which matters when the sponsor program is what pays for the trophies and the payouts.

The Next Tee arrows and the thank-you board belong to the Monster at Majette layout, where the owl carries the branding. The banner is the Monster Mash step-and-repeat: the character, the crest, the wave mark, and the skeleton golfers tiled so any crop of a photo shows the event.
