Sponsor Program
How the non-profit pays for itself: a partnership proposal deck, a tier sheet per event with prices a local business can say yes to, and a sign system that puts every sponsor's logo on the course.

A volunteer disc golf club has two sources of money: what members pay, and what local businesses will put toward an event. The second one only works if asking is easy, the ask is sized to the business, and the sponsor can see what they got.
The proposal deck does the asking. It explains what Bay County Disc Golf is, what the money funds (baskets, tee pads, payouts, the charities the events benefit), and what a partner receives at each level, in a format that survives being forwarded to an owner who has never heard of disc golf. The tier sheet does the sizing: for each event, a table from a $25 social media shout-out through personal and commercial tee signs to a presenting sponsorship, so a member who wants to put their name on a hole and a company that wants its logo on the jersey are both on the same page, literally.
The sign system does the showing. Every sponsor at the tee-sign level and up gets a “Proudly supporting this event” sign with their logo, produced from one template, so on tournament day the course itself is the thank-you. The same lockups feed the Monster Mash jersey backs and the Kick Off graphics.

The proposal deck. Who the club is, what it does with the money, and what a partner gets back.

Sponsor and player gifts: retro sunglasses and a pouch with the mark, mocked up for a 2023 run.

The tier sheet for the Kick Off. Five levels from $25 to $1,250, so a player and a company can both find a line to sign.
