Shifts, appointments, medications, and milestones for a family caring for someone, with phone-number login because not everyone in a family has or wants an account. An escalation engine runs on a schedule and alerts by SMS and web push when a shift goes uncovered.
Two AI surfaces sit on top of the same data: a local MCP server for querying the schedule in natural language from Claude, and an in-app assistant that lets an admin add or cancel appointments, shifts, and medications in plain text.
