PlanHub Connectivity and Product Tooling
Senior PM at PlanHub: the first connectivity strategy with the partner team, and the Claude skills, knowledge base, and roadmap tooling that let a distributed product org move faster.

PlanHub is preconstruction software: the place general contractors post projects and subcontractors and suppliers find them. The product problem is connection, which made it a natural place to apply the integration work from the last several jobs. With the partner team I developed PlanHub’s first connectivity strategy, the written case for which systems the platform should connect to and why.
The other half of the work was tooling for the product organization itself. Product teams at growing companies lose time to the same three things: the knowledge lives in a dozen tools, the roadmap lives in more, and every spec is written from scratch. I built Claude skills so the team could do repeated product work, discovery synthesis, spec drafting, review, with a shared method instead of a shared prayer, and a personal OS on the same skill system so people could share data and collaborate through it rather than around it. That work is the origin of Corp-OS and Product OS.
Two internal tools came out of it. One is an AI-first knowledge base, built by consolidating and cleaning the data scattered across the tools the org reports from, so reporting and questions run against one source. The other is a roadmap tool for items that live across distributed systems, which made spec-driven development possible: a prototype becomes the PRD, and the roadmap item points at it.
