A tournament jersey is a sponsorship deliverable as much as a shirt. Every sponsor logo has a promised placement and size, and the vendor needs those as exact measurements, not a mockup. This is the production spec sheet: front, back, and sleeve layouts with the sponsor row, the number block, and the name field dimensioned, plus the matching tote bag and event flag so the whole kit was produced from one document.
Players ordered through the club store during the pre-order window, which is how the run size gets set before anything is printed.
